I recently sold a home in Lindenhurst. Terry was not my listing agent, but she treated me like she was – she was hard working, driven, personable & caring. During the entire sales process Terry brought me numerous prospects and worked very hard for everyone. I must also mention that my home was not an “easy sell”, coupled with a difficult market it was a miracle it sold at all.
What really impresses me about Terry is that even though she wasn’t my agent she worked ten times harder than the one I hired. She always followed through!
If I were to sell another home, I would choose Terry Mennella in a heartbeat! I told her over and over that I wished she was my agent. Any real estate agency would be proud to have Terry on their team. To say she is hard working is an understatement! I was truly amazed at Terry’s style, work ethic and true determination at her profession.
