Dear Vincent,

As I prepare to close on my house next week and being extremely hectic, my “to do” list includes making sure that I write to you and let you know how my experience with Century 21 AA has been.  On a scale of 1 to 10 it has been a 10!  Over the past year and a half I have worked with both Joyce Friedman and Santo Minero and have much regard for both of them.  However, I did communicate more closely with Joyce and just wanted to let you know how amazing she has been through this long process.

Many brokers knocked on my door for this listing and I gave it to Joyce because I saw how enthusiastic she was.  I also knew this was a new venture for her but I thought she was worth taking a chance on.  As time has taught me, I was 100% right.

The interest Joyce took in selling my home went over and beyond what a typical broker does; this is the fourth property I have sold so I do have some means of comparison.  On her own Joyce scheduled appointments when my kids were away at school respecting our privacy.  She offered to take mail in when she passed by my house knowing I was away.  When it was mine or my daughter’s birthday, she showed up with a small gift.  Anyone can sell a house but not everyone can sell a house the way Joyce can.  The experience taken away is much more sentimental for me because I am selling a house that has been a home where as a single mother I raised my two daughters and the memories seem hard to leave behind.  Joyce’s words of moving forward only sealed the deal in knowing I was accepting the best offer and the best time under the circumstances of this market.

Anyway, I may be feeling a little nostalgic as I leave Long Island where I grew up and lived my whole life and now off to California I felt compelled to share my thoughts about Joyce with you.

I am sure that Joyce will continue to be an asset to your office as well as the real estate industry.

Sincerely,

Lisa S.
