We recently sold our house
with Teresa Langan and Steve McGrath. It
was a great experience working with the both of them. They were always knowledgeable and
professional, and they did everything possible to get our house sold.
Teresa took care of us
through the sale and now into the rental of a house. Everything has worked out so well, and we owe
it all to Teresa and Steve. We will
definitely be using their services in the future.

It
is my pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Bonnie Miranda who was my Real
Estate Agent for the house in
I
bought the house in 2007 when the economy was beginning to collapse with a high
mortgage due to a bad loan 80/20 which I innocently took without knowing the
repercussions. Previously she had advised me when I came to her office for a
consult for my interest in buying a house, to be careful not to take a loan
from the greedy incumbent lender. I was
adamant to her correction because I was so anxious to buy a house which I
thought would yield a revenue to help me and my family
financially but ended up to be a hold in the packet deal. Despite my blind actions, Ms. Bonnie took me
genuinely back and dealt with me truthfully when I came back to seek her help
for the re-sale of the house. I surely
knew that it was God who sent her to me.
There is no way I would have been able to come out of the hook that I
had put myself into had she not come to rescue me.
Therefore,
I sincerely thank her for all of her effort for me during this process, she
took her time to work with me, the bank, the lawyer and most especially my
tenants that were difficult to move out of the house because they enjoy
freebees and love destruction due to their own selfish interest.
I
really appreciate Ms. Bonnie and I want you and the rest of your organization
to join me in looking at her as Gold and Ruby to your company because no amount
of money can replace her dedication to your company. She has been so wonderful, supportive,
compassionate, genuine and awesome to me.
