It is my pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Bonnie Miranda who was my Real Estate Agent for the house in Copiague.  She has really performed excellently beyond being just a Real Estate Agent, but, rather being a friend to carry me through the process of the difficult short sale process.

I bought this house in 2007 when the economy was beginning to collapse and I took out a mortgage with a high rate. Bonnie advised me then not to go ahead with that type of loan.  Well, I didn’t listen to her because I just wanted to buy a house and just like she said I got into trouble.  Now I had to sell the house because it became too expensive for me to carry.  Bonnie dealt with me professionally and with great competence when I came back to her for help in selling this house.  There is no way I would have been able to come out from under a bad situation that I put myself into had Bonnie not come to rescue me.

I sincerely thank her for all of her efforts for me during this process.  She took her time to work with me, work with my bank, negotiate my short sale, handle the details of the sale, the bank appraiser and work with the many lawyers involved and most especially negotiating with my tenants who were not cooperative when it came time to move.  She was wonderful!

I can’t express how much I appreciate Bonnie and I would like you to join me in thanking her because no amount of money can replace her dedication to her customers and her company.  She has been so wonderfully supportive, compassionate, genuine and awesome to me.  On behalf of me and my family I say that you to Bonnie and God Bless.
