Dear
Mr. DellAccio,
In
1994 my husband and I decided it was time to purchase our first home. I was
extremely fortunate to find Carol Jemison.
She worked very hard to help us find the perfect home, the one in which
we have raised two beautiful & successful daughters. The home in which we are still living today.
Last
May my beloved father passed away and it was his wish that his house be
sold. This was not going to be an easy
sell. My father was 3 weeks shy of his
92nd birthday when he passed and the house was in major disrepair
and that was the easy part! There were even bigger obstacles we had to
overcome.
It
took many months of showing the house, and that in itself was not easy. There
was a narrow window of opportunity each week to show the house due to the
person staying there. We had to work around his schedule and he did not want
anyone disturbing him.
Carol
worked tirelessly and had more patience that I did! This person is NOT an easy person
to deal with. Carol treated him with the
utmost dignity, respect and kindness. Last week on November 17th
after 18 long months, we finally closed on the sale of my father’s house. I can
honestly say this if it were not for Carol’s hard work and dedication this sale
never would have happened.
You
are very fortunate to have Carol Jemison working as part of Century 21 AA
Realty.
Sincerely
yours,
Judey B-L.

PS My
older daughter is getting married in a few months. She
has already decided that when it is time to go “house-hunting” Carol Jemison is
her ONLY choice!
