I just purchased my first home and wanted to take the time to thank my agent Laurie Ann.  From start to finish she has been great, we looked at quite a few homes before finding the right one for me, she kept me patient until the right home came along and sure enough it did, when it came time to negotiate a sales price she really went to bat for me, she negotiated so much that at one point I felt that she was asking a price that was too low and she actually got it! 

An unforeseen issue with the boiler that my engineer missed came up after I was already in contract that could have possibly ruined the deal; she stepped in when she didn't have to and negotiated a brand new boiler to be installed. 

Laurie Ann really went above and beyond my expectations, she kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process, was very easy to get in contact with to answer any questions I had and she was very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, I can’t thank her enough, a friend of mine recommended her and it is easy to see why.
