Mr. DellAccio

I am a parent of 2 young adults.  When our son decided that it he was ready to move out, we set out on the Journey with him in finding a place to live on Long Island.  Of course, our concern was...can he afford it?    We actually "stumbled" across Jackie Connelly-Fornuff of CENTURY 21 AA Realty.   We had contacted her, as she was the listing agent for a Co-op we were interested in.  I'm so glad that we met her!   Jackie quickly helped us realize that in this case, a Co-op wasn't the right home for our Son and was quick to come up listings of affordable houses, which were so much more suited for his lifestyle.

Jackie is extremely helpful, knowledgeable,  personable and TRUSTWORTHY.  She makes herself available on such short notice to view homes.  If at any time a question popped into my head...I would email her and get an answer back almost immediately.  If it was a phone call, I'd receive a call back just as quickly.  I think communication is what I appreciated about Jackie most of all, since things have changed so much since we purchased our home.  There were many, many questions to be answered.  After all, we were protecting our Son!  She really put us at ease. 

Jackie went the extra yard to help us and we appreciate her perseverance so much.  At one point, the house that Bob was very interested in went off the market...it was under contract.  He was so upset.  You cannot imagine how thrilled we were to get a call from Jackie 2 mos. later to let us know...the House was back on the market!  She kept her on eye on that house for him!  I'm so thankful to Jackie for helping our son to GET THAT HOUSE and for enabling him to live his dream.  I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in our position.  She will treat your kids like her own!
